Crime & Community Safety

A range of dashboards and reports are produced covering a variety of crime and community safety issues.

Community Survey

Leicestershire County Council has commissioned a Community Based Survey, including a broad range of questions, covering perceptions of local neighbourhoods and satisfaction with local public services, as well as questions on perceptions of crime and anti-social behaviour.

The latest survey results can be found by following the link below:

Domestic Abuse

The Domestic Abuse Dashboard provides a visual indication of recorded offences and non-recordable incidents of domestic abuse reported to the Police in Leicestershire County for the current year-to-date compared to the same period last year. Figures are provided for all seven districts of Leicestershire.

The latest dashboards can be found by following the link below:

Hate Incidents

The Hate Incident Monitoring Project Dashboard provides a quarterly summary of the number of hate incidents reported to the Police and HIMP as well as maps showing hate incident and offence rates per 1000 population at Lower Super Output Area (LSOA). The maps dataset is based only on the Police data. Information is available for Leicestershire and each of the seven district Community Safety Partnerships.
