Description: Employment Land Studies (ELS) have been commissioned to assess the balance and supply for employment land within the county, and to draw the implications for planning policy.

The findings will also help to underpin and inform the policies contained within forthcoming Local Development Frameworks; the new-style Local Plans currently being developed by district councils. Individual district reports are available to download in Adobe PDF format.
