Description: The Leicestershire County Council Research Team and Library Service have recently completed an innovative ten-month project with the giCentre at City University London in developing skills for using visualization techniques to understand residents’ library usage. This short brochure reports on the project and the interactive graphics that have been developed to analyse 450,000 lending records from 54 libraries to see how borrower location, library size, transport links and other factors might affect service take-up.
