About This Report:
The Annual Employment Land Availability Report contains information on employment land supply, availability and development in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. The latest report, covering the year to 31st March 2008, has been published. Land availability and development are measured against the provision proposed in the expired Leicestershire, Leicester and Rutland Structure Plan (1996-2016)
The reports include information on:
• Policy framework and background;
• Total availability of land over the Structure Plan period (1996-2016);
• Total annual employment hectares completed (1996-2007) broken down by local authority area;
• Land available and development on greenfield and previously developed land;
• Site breakdown of available and developed sites by local authority area.
