Public Health Outcomes Framework (PHOF)
The Public Health Outcomes Framework Healthy lives, healthy people: Improving outcomes and supporting transparency sets out a vision for public health, desired outcomes and the indicators that will help us understand how well public health is being improved and protected.
The framework concentrates on two high-level outcomes to be achieved across the public health system, and groups further indicators into four 'domains' that cover the full spectrum of public health. The outcomes reflect a focus not only on how long people live, but on how well they live at all stages of life.
This data tool presents data for the indicators in the framework for the most recent period available and accompanying trend data where possible. Inequalities data are provided where these are available. (Source: Public Health England)

A4UE Evidence Map
The Alliance for Useful Evidence (A4UE) and the Social Innovation Partnership (TSIP) have come together in order to produce a map of The UK Evidence World.
"The idea of the map is to reflect the diversity of our evidence world. Not just the nine UK What Works Centres, [...] but the many other players who produce research summaries or act as intermediaries. Many of these organisations have been around for many years, such as Dartington Social Research Unit, the EPPI Centre or the National Foundation for Education Research."
